Plexus Community Workshops
During a 3 week workshop exploring the theme of place at Chief Sealth International High School 150 students created aluminum wire pieces based on familiar pathways they physically traveled in their lives. Part of the creative process included writing about the things encountered on those pathways. The wire pieces were assembled en masse the gallery exhibition with words from their written work attached to the wire with white paper tabs. Several students read their written work live at the opening reception.
